Text-to-speech message
With text-to-speech, Callout can play the person's name as well as appointment dates and times.

Recording your outgoing message
As Callout can play a different date and time, you can record a message with your own voice.
"This is a message from your doctor's office to remind you that you have an appointment on"
At the end of the message, CallOut will play the date and time according for each recipient in the list.
For a general message, you can record the message in it's entirety.
"This is a message from Sample School to remind you that parent teacher meetings are on Thursday from 6pm until 9pm."
Tips & Tricks:
- You can also record your messages in different languages.
- Messages only need to be recorded/saved once, then they can be re-used as frequently as required.
